Nicole DeFalco
Who is Nicole DeFalco?
Nicole DeFalco works at the intersection of strategy and execution. Executives and Boards come to her when their strategy isn't producing the growth they expected. Sometimes the strategy needs updating. Sometimes the leaders need to operate differently. Often, it's both. She helps them bridge that gap—turning strategy into sustained, measurable growth.
God's purpose for me is to equip leaders to discover and fulfill their purpose. The Center for Faithful Leadership seems like an apt opportunity to do just that.s

Drawing from her personal journey, she inspires the younger generation through her creativity, sharing faith, hope, and wellness to empower them to live with purpose and resilience.
I believe that in these challenging times, leaders need intentional support to walk fully in their calling. Every leader faces moments of uncertainty, pressure, and decision-making that shape not only their path but also the lives they influence. I was particularly inspired by Esther 4:14 “…And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” This verse reminds us that God positions leaders to act courageously and faithfully in critical moments. I wanted to be part of an initiative that strengthens leaders to embrace their calling, serve with authenticity and lead with wisdom and faithfulness.
